2.3. How long do we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to answer your inquiry or manage the musical proposal. If the event booking is finally formalized, the data will be kept for the legally required periods to comply with fiscal and accounting obligations (generally, 5 years). If the booking is not formalized, quote inquiries will be deleted within a maximum period of 1 year.

Your data will not be ceded, sold, or shared with third parties, except due to legal obligation or with technical service providers necessary for the website's operation and communications (e.g., web hosting services, email servers, and the WhatsApp messaging platform by Meta Inc.), with whom corresponding confidentiality and data processing agreements are maintained.
